The Madhouse is equipped with 20 draft taps and a custom cold room, built to keep every pour at peak condition. Our core taps are imported directly by us from some of the world’s most exciting craft breweries — meaning most of what’s on our board you simply won’t find anywhere else in Hong Kong. We also run rotating guest taps showcasing the best of Hong Kong’s thriving local brewing scene and quality imports from other craft distributors. Every tap is hand-picked. Nothing ends up here by accident.

Our core tap breweries

The Madhouse is the official Hong Kong distributor for the following breweries. These are the names you’ll find anchoring our core taps — selected for their uncompromising quality, experimental spirit, and the stories behind every brew.

Adroit Theory Brewing

Purcellville, Virginia, USA

Dark, experimental, and unapologetically bold. Adroit Theory pushes imperial stouts and wild ales into territory most breweries won’t touch. Expect barrel-aged depth, surreal artwork, and limited releases that disappear fast.

Ægir Bryggeri

Flåm, Norway

Born in a Viking-inspired brewpub at the edge of a Norwegian fjord, Ægir brews with fresh mountain water and a reverence for tradition. Their barrel-aged specialties and seasonal releases carry the soul of the Norse wilderness in every glass.

Amundsen Bryggeri

Oslo, Norway

Norway’s fastest-growing craft brewery and a world leader in pastry stouts. Named after polar explorer Roald Amundsen, their motto “Created by Craftsmen” rings true in every decadent imperial stout, hazy IPA, and fruited sour they produce.

Cervisiam

Oslo, Norway

A small-batch Oslo brewery focused on precision and artistry. Cervisiam crafts refined, thoughtful beers that reward careful attention — from clean lagers to complex fermentations that showcase Norwegian brewing at its most focused.

Eik & Tid

Oslo, Norway

Eik & Tid translates to “Oak & Time” — and that patience shows. One of Norway’s most celebrated farmhouse and mixed-fermentation breweries, their saisons and wild ales are benchmarks for the style across Scandinavia.

Fierce Beer

Aberdeen, Scotland

Fierce by name, fierce by nature. This Aberdeen brewery makes hop-forward, intensely flavoured beers that demand your full attention — from punchy IPAs to ferocious imperial stouts that hit hard and linger longer.

De Moersleutel

Amsterdam, Netherlands

“The Wrench” from Amsterdam is a heavy-hitting brewery known for its massive imperial stouts and aggressive double IPAs. Industrial in aesthetic, meticulous in execution — De Moersleutel turns up every dial.

North Brewing Co.

Leeds, United Kingdom

A Leeds institution that helped define the modern British craft beer scene. North Brewing’s hazy pale ales, session IPAs and collaborative releases are consistently excellent — approachable enough for a Tuesday, exciting enough for a special occasion.

Polly’s Brew Co.

Mold, Wales

Born in a converted stable, named after a horse. Polly’s has become one of the UK’s most cult-followed breweries for its vibrant, hop-forward hazy IPAs and distinctive artwork. Every can is an event. Every release sells out.

Tempest Brewing Co.

Kelso, Scottish Borders

Scotland’s most decorated independent craft brewery, with a philosophy of “flavour first.” From their crisp Modern Helles to the legendary Mexicake imperial stout, Tempest combine technical mastery with bold, unconventional ingredients.

Vault City Brewing

Edinburgh, Scotland

Edinburgh’s masters of fruited sours. Vault City’s vivid, fruit-forward wild ales and sour beers are some of the most visually striking and genuinely delicious in the world — each one a dessert-meets-craft-beer experience.

The Madhouse Crossover

Hong Kong

Our own house label. Contract-brewed in Hong Kong with locally inspired flavours — think Calamansi Cider, White Peach Oolong Cider, and Mango Sea Salt Gose. Uniquely ours. Uniquely Hong Kong.

Guest taps

Beyond our core distributor taps, we regularly feature quality guest beers from Hong Kong’s vibrant local brewing scene and international imports. These rotate frequently — follow us on Instagram or check Untappd to see what’s currently pouring.
