Mango And Coconut Sticky Rice (Imperial Gose)
Halfway through a ten hour coach trip across Thailand we stop at a roadside cafe; met by the soul-soothing smell of piled-high fresh mangoes. Served up with milky, sticky coconut rice, khao niaow ma muang is a thing of pure joy and the inspiration behind this Gose.
Made with mango purée, torrified rice, desiccated coconut and palm sugar, grab a spoon and join us under the mango tree.
